Colorado Supreme Court upholds firing of quadriplegic employee for use of medical marijuana

In a somewhat surprising decision  The Colorado Supreme Court has  ruled  that Dish Network LLC was within its rights to fire a quadriplegic customer service representative who used medical marijuana.
